An account stores your email, a password hash, designs, specs, and snapshots on this server. Demo mode can run with nothing sent to a model provider.

If you add a Gemini API key and use the free tier, Google states that free-tier prompts and outputs may be used to improve their products. Do not send confidential client work on the free tier. A paid Gemini tier is the setting where Google says content is not used to improve products.

Groq receives the prompt, and the image when you upload a reference, if GROQ_API_KEY is set. Cloudflare Workers AI receives the image prompt, and the previous image when an edit is requested, if CF_ACCOUNT_ID and CF_API_TOKEN are set.

Ollama receives the prompt on the server you set in OLLAMA_BASE_URL, including a reference image when you upload one. Hugging Face receives the prompt, and a reference image for text, when HF_TOKEN or HUGGINGFACE_API_KEY is set. Image generation sends the drawing prompt to Hugging Face.

Pollinations is a no-key fallback. Drapeforge requests nofeed so the prompt is asked to stay off the public feed. The classic service still has no uptime promise, may cache a URL, and may print a small logo. Treat anything sent there as public.

OpenAI and Anthropic are optional paid drop-ins. They receive the same spec text, and an image when you upload one, only when AI_PROVIDER_MODE=paid and their keys are set.

Share links are public to anyone who has the URL. They show the spec, the drawings, the snapshots, and a read-only 3D view. Turn the link off from the studio.
